Once we receive the live Txangurros, they are cooked in a conventional steam oven. This way, it retains all its nutrients as it cooks. The hand-picked meat is the base of this traditional recipe, which is presented in its own shell.

Ingredients: Brown crab (C.Pagurus) 44% (crustacean), onion, fried tomato sauce (tomato, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, and salt), liquid cream, brandy, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.

How to use: Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and add a little butter. Bake at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes until the breadcrumbs are browned.

Ingredients: Brown crab (C. Pagurus) 37% (crustacean), onion, fried tomato sauce (tomato, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, and salt), liquid cream, brandy, extra virgin olive oil, and salt.

How to use: Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and add a little butter. Bake at 200°C for approximately: 18 minutes (frozen), or 10 minutes (thawed).
