ITSASOKO means “from the sea” in our mother tongue. It refers to our origins, a way of doing things based on respect for our environment and value for the source of the raw materials from which we produce our high quality products.
Our history is linked to the Cantabrian Coast-specifically, to Hondarribia. Since 1997, we have produced products derived from fish and shellfish. They are totally natural, without preservatives or dyes.
Our raw materials are always obtained from the best sources, using small, artisan fishing boats that set out daily.
Our premise is supporting artisan, sustainable, and responsible fishing, respecting the species by guaranteeing the continuation of the population.
We like to cook over low heat, without rushing. We use seasonal products, as this is the only way to guarantee maximum flavour and freshness in all of our products.
