Born in the kitchen of the Restaurant of the Hondarribia Fisherman’s association, this soup is much more than a dish: it’s a story served in every spoonful. Made with fresh fish and Iñaki Berges’ recipe, it preserves the authentic flavor of traditional Basque seafaring cuisine.





Fish stock (water and hake heads (16%)), crushed tomato (tomato and salt), hake (10%), onion, leek, carrot, prawn (crustacean and salt), olive oil, brandy, choricero pepper, and salt.
Shake and pour the contents of the container into a pot, then bring to a boil for 1 minute.
